How it works

How consolidation actually works

Most sourcing agencies quote you per product. That works until you need twelve different things to open one business — and suddenly you're managing five factories, five minimums, five timelines, and five sets of quality standards, in a language you don't speak, twelve hours out of sync.

Consolidated sourcing changes two specific things.

One project, one point of contact

You brief us once. We hold the spec, chase the factories, run the quality checks, and report back on one timeline. You are not coordinating a gym-bag supplier in Fujian against a water-bottle factory in Zhejiang — we are, and we do it in Mandarin, on the ground, in the same timezone as the factory floor.

Your order doesn't carry the whole minimum

This is the part that usually decides whether a project is even possible. A factory's 1,000-unit minimum is a real constraint — but it's a constraint on the factory's run, not on your order. Because we place continuous, similar runs for multiple clients, we can aggregate those orders into one production batch. On standard items that usually brings the workable minimum down to 300–500 pieces — a quantity most factories would refuse to quote on its own. You get factory-direct pricing without carrying the whole run.

That's the mechanism. It's also the honest limit of it: aggregation only works where products are genuinely similar — standard specs, compatible materials, overlapping timelines. Highly custom or technically unusual products still have to carry their own minimum, and we'll tell you that upfront rather than after you've paid a sample fee.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What does “consolidated sourcing” actually mean?
One project covering every product your business needs, instead of a separate sourcing engagement per product. You brief one team, get one timeline, and pay one service fee — rather than negotiating separately with a factory for each category.
What's the minimum order quantity?
On standard items, typically 300–500 pieces — lower than most factories will quote directly. That's possible because we place similar runs continuously for multiple clients and can fold a smaller order into a production batch that clears the factory's own minimum. Highly custom items still need to carry their own minimum, and we'll say so before you commit.
What does it cost?
There's no upfront cost to start. You pay a refundable sample fee of $100–300 per shipment, then a 5–10% service fee on the bulk order, scaled to how custom the product is. The sample fee is refunded when you place the bulk order.
Which business types do you cover?
We've built consolidated kits for gyms and fitness studios, Airbnb and hotel operators, cafes and restaurants, and corporate teams running branded events. If your business isn't listed, the same approach usually applies — the categories are a starting point, not a limit.
